RECIPE of English Waldorf Salad
Materials
2 firm apples
1 medium pear
1 cup pecans cleaved coarsely
2 cups lettuce or chinese cabbage destroyed fine
1 tbsp. celery stick cut meagerly
1 branch. mint leaves finely cleaved
1 lemon juice removed
1/2 cup thick new curds
1 cup eggless mayonnaise or cream
1/2 tsp. pepper powdered
1 tbsp. white vinegar (if utilizing cream) salt to taste
Technique
Center, hack apples and pears into cubic pieces. Shower lemon juice over them, throw softly. Keep half lettuce to the side, blend any remaining fixings. Spread half excess lettuce on plate or bowl. Pour salad, top with residual lettuce. Chill a long time prior to serving
